My husband and I happened to cross paths with Matthew Lightfoot when we scheduled a viewing through the brokerage he works for, and it was the best thing that could have happened to us!

From the second we started talking with Matthew he made us feel comfortable. As first time home buyers we were really out of our element so Matthew made sure to answer all of our questions (and we had alot as I'm sure he remembers lol) with a kind and helpful demeanor. From the viewing up until closing (and even after) Matthew was there every step of the way helping ease our concerns and always explaining thoroughly all the processes that happen with home buying. He made sure we understood everything that was going on, as I'm sure with other realtors it can become quite impersonal, but not with Matthew! He felt like a friend, someone you could trust, someone who has your best interest at heart, and it made the experience such a smooth and memorable one for us! I wish we could give him 10 stars because 5 just doesn't seem like enough!
